Waaassssuuuupppp? With the economy, the war, health care, the stock market ….

(I know I’m cheating by not providing you with quality blog narrative and incisive ideas, but I’m working on a couple of papers. You’ll be impressed when they’re finished)

Wow, this is one of the most interesting “updates” I’ve been in a long time. Although it made me laugh, it touches on all of the issues affecting North Americans today. Whoever came up with this ad sure was creative, so kudos. Although this is obviously an American’s work, it would be interesting to see a Canadian do something similar. A lot of Canadian schools, like Toronto’s Centennial College, have really good advertising programs so students should get inspired by stuff like this.

Hey Izabela. Thanks for the comment.

I have to admit, the way you worked Centennial into your comment made me hit the search engines.

You could just admit that you’re a marketing coordinator at Centennial – I won’t hold it against you.

Hi Colin. I see you’ve outed me. LoL. I do work in Centennial’s communications and marketing department, but I hadn’t been assigned an email address when I posted the comment. I did mean everything I said, the ad is very creative. Thanks for posting it =)

    Cheers,

    Izabela
    Centennial College Communications Co-Ordinator.

“Lo, it is nearly 350 years that we and our fathers have inhabited this most lovely land, and never before has such terror appeared in Britain as we have now suffered from a pagan race, nor was it thought that such an inroad from the sea could be made. Behold, the church of St. Cuthbert spattered with the blood of the priests of God, despoiled of all its ornaments; a place more venerable than all in Britain is given as a prey to pagan peoples.”
