This guy Tony Putinski is incredible, he is a thief, first snow this year a bib blue show up, does two 3 second runs, the driver stops at the end of the driveway, fills in his book, drives across the lawn of the neighbour across the street and tears off around the corner on two wheels. I noticed that all the snow was in the middle of the road, except for what he dumped on my walkway. Next time he shows up after the plow and fills up the walkway again but only does half of the double driveway, this time he just didnt show up at all. How does he stay in business?
