		<description>I can agree with you in some cases, Don, but there are plenty of examples where graffiti artists have added a touch of colour and inspiration to an otherwise drab and overlooked piece of urban landscape.

Afterall, you add fifteen more colours, a little more artistic training and a commission from the city, and you have Chemainus.

Whether you like it or not.</description>
